●RAW MATERIAL TESTING
Check the documents: each batch of incoming materials shall check the name, specification and mark of the goods according to the delivery note;
Specification: the weight difference of each alloy ingot should be within 10%;
Chemical composition: check according to the chemical report provided by the raw material supplier;
HSFverify the validity of SGS report (1 year);
Packaging: the product shall be packaged in the same way and in good condition;The quantity and weight meet the requirements of the delivery note;

●X-RAY INSPECTION OF CASTING
Through the principle of X-ray transmission, the internal structure of the casting was clearly detected, and the defects such as sand holes, cracks, shrinkage and porosity in the casting were easily displayed on the computer screen, so as to effectively discover the abnormal conditions in the casting production process and provide effective guidance for the timely improvement of the insufficient process.
